Partially update a DC appointment owned by the authenticated customer. Only fields present in the body are changed. The customer, distribution center, and anchor cannot be changed. If the resulting scheduled_start_dt/scheduled_end_dt are both set, the end must be strictly after the start. Datetimes are FC-local and naive.
