Partially update a capacity record for one of your distribution centers. Only fields present in the body are changed, and null is rejected with 422. Changing distribution_center_uuid and/or capacity_date moves the record: the new distribution center must be one of yours, and a move onto a date that distribution center already has a record for is a 409. A PATCH that changes nothing writes nothing (no updated_dt bump).
