Learn about Notifications

The notifications feature enables users to configure alerts that are triggered based on your selected criteria. These reports are sent on a daily cadence and users canadjust the send time & recipient(s) for each respective report.

Key Highlights

Demurrage and Detention Reports:

  • Detailed Excel report that outlines all your containers that are at-risk for incurring demurrage or detention charges.
  • Establish lead time to receive reports in relation to the Last Free Day of your containers.

Container Milestone Changes Reports:

  • Detailed Excel report based on fields/milestones selected as triggers to be monitored for any changes every 24 hours.
  • If any field(s) that you have selected change, a report will be generated for the following day containing the Container #, Trigger’s Previous Value, and Trigger’s New Value.

Building Reports:

  • All reports are customizable to select additional data points you would like to see associated with containers in addition to pre-populated fields.

Receiving Reports:

  • Select Time you would like to receive all generated reports.
  • Reports are run on an hourly basis. If you sign up for a report within the hour it will not be sent until the following day.

Assign Recipients:‍

  • Upon selecting "AddRecipient" you are able to determine which employees receive a certain type of report.
  • Note that these recipients are only able to receive reports based on the reports that you, the user, are subscribed to.

Edit/Unsubscribe:‍

  • After generating reports, users can edit all notification reports and associated parameters by clicking“Edit Notifications”.
  • Users can also completely reset Notifications by clicking “Unsubscribe”.
