Terminology Breakdown:

• Total Transit- Calculates the total transit duration from the in-gate date to the empty returned date.
• Ocean Transit- Measures the time from when the vessel departed to when it arrived.
• Time At Origin- Calculates the time from in-gate to vessel departure.
• Terminal Dwell Time- Measures the time the container spends at the terminal after discharge before departing by rail or truck.
• Off Terminal Time- Calculates the duration from leaving the terminal to being returned empty.
• ATD to Out-Gate- Measures the time from vessel departure to when the container was out-gated for delivery.
• Rail Transit- Measures the time from rail departure to rail arrival.
• ATD to Return- Calculates the duration from when the vessel departed to when the container was returned empty.
• Discharge to Return- Calculates the time from discharge to when the container was returned empty.
