Learn about Vessel Delays:

The Vessel Delays page allows you to keep an eye on all of your shipments that have been delayed. Gnosis will take into account the first, initial ETA that was recorded and the Current Vessel ETA to calculate the delay in real time.

Vessel Delays Highlights:

  1. Quickly see which vessel(s) have been delayed more than 5 days along with the number of containers you have on each of those vessels.
  2. See a list of all active delays and the amount of days each of those respective containers have been delayed.
  3. See a list of all historical delays to provide insight into the consistencies across each.

Glossary:

TermDefinition
Delayed Vessel Container countThis pivot table shows which vessel(s) have been delayed 5 or more days. There is a count next to each vessel that represents the number of containers you have on that vessel
Previous month arrivalsThis pivot table shows a history of containers that have arrived during the previous month that had a delay of 5 or more days. In addition to the normal container count, it has an additional count that represents the number of containers that are still at port which gives you insight into which containers still need to be picked up.
Active Vessel DelaysAll of your containers that have an active delay. These are containers that have not yet arrived & discharged at the POD.
Historical Vessel DelaysAll of your containers have a historical delay. These are containers that have already arrived & discharged at the POD.
ETA HistoryClick into the Current Vessel ETA if you would like to see a history of how that ETA has changed over time!
