Learn about Not Tracking:

  • If you have any containers that are not tracking properly, this is where you will find them. This can be due to an incorrect MBL/Container, a MBL that is missing a SCAC code, a wrong MBL/Container match, or other reasons.
  • If there is a container that is listed on your Not Tracking page but is also tracking properly in the portal with an updated or corrected MBL, you can "Repo" that container by clicking the button on the far-right hand side of this table.
  • Repo'ing a container will remove it from your Not Tracking page so you no longer have to manage it moving forward.
