Booking Level:

Term	Definition
Booking #	Unique reference number for the export shipment booking.
Containers	The number and type of shipping containers in the booking.
POR City	Place of Receipt; the starting location where cargo is received.
POR Early Receive	Earliest date cargo can be delivered to the POR facility.
POR Cut-Off	Deadline for cargo delivery at the POR facility.
POL City	Port of Loading; the city where cargo is loaded onto the vessel.
POL Terminal	The specific terminal at the POL where cargo is handled.
Early Receive	Earliest date cargo can be delivered to the POL terminal.
Cargo Cut-Off	Deadline for cargo to be delivered to the POL terminal.
Doc Cut-Off	Deadline for submitting required export documentation to the carrier or terminal.
POD City	Port of Discharge; the city where cargo is unloaded from the vessel.
First Vessel	Name of the initial vessel transporting the cargo.
First Voyage	Voyage number of the first vessel.
Vessel POL ETA	Estimated arrival date of the vessel at the POL.
Vessel POL ETB	Estimated berthing date of the vessel at the POL.
Vessel POL ETD	Estimated departure date of the vessel from the POL.
Vessel POD ETA	Estimated arrival date of the vessel at the POD.

Container Level:

Term	Definition
Container #	Unique identification number assigned to each shipping container.
Container Type	Specifies the type and size of the container (e.g., 20’ DV, 40’ HC).
Final Dest.	The ultimate delivery location for the shipment.
Empty Out	The date when an empty container is picked up for loading.
In Gate	The date when the loaded container enters the POL terminal or rail yard.
Loaded on Rail	The date when the container is placed on a railcar for transport.
Loaded on Vessel	The date when the container is loaded onto the vessel at the POL.
Vessel POL ATD	Actual departure date of the vessel from the POL.
